Pelham Parkway S. association to lead graffiti coverup

On Monday, September 15, at 10:30 a.m., the Pelham Parkway South Neighborhood Association will hold a Graffiti Cleanup. A group from Quality Services for Autistic Children, supervised by Bill Stolfi, director, will meet at Maran Place and White Plains Road, in front of the post office, with members of the PPSNA, to clean up and repaint the mailboxes in the Pelham Parkway South area. Anyone interested is invited to volunteer their services. It will be greatly appreciated.

On Thursday, September 18, the Pelham Parkway South Neighborhood Association will inaugurate its first community meeting of the 2008-2009 season. The meeting will be held at Bronx House, 990 Pelham Parkway South, at 7 p.m. Our first guest speaker will be Captain John Greeley, the newly appointed commander of the 49th Precinct. It will be a good opportunity to meet him and present all your questions and concerns about your neighborhood. We welcome you to come and meet the new board members.
