The Academy of Mount St. Ursula announces the recognition of Ms. Linda Peri by the Teacher’s Institute for 25 years of educating the young women of the Bronx. A Bronx native herself,. Peri is fluent in Spanish and Italian and has served as the Foreign Language Department chair for the past ten years. In this position, she has maintained a wide range of language options including Latin, a classical language, and two accelerated programs – Italian and Spanish. “Ms. Peri has been a loving teacher, very kind and a living example to all of the students who she has taught over these years.”
