Ridgewood Savings Bank has announced that it will be offering SizzleMoney® prepaid accounts at selected branches in the Bronx and its main office in Ridgewood. SizzleMoney®, which was developed by Denarii Payments, Inc., is a unique mobile stored value product that enables access to money, payment services, and payroll distribution. SizzleMoney® emphasizes ease of use and security. Account holders can transfer funds domestically or globally within seconds by texting on their cell phones. They can also check balances with their phones. In addition, SizzleMoney® debit cards may be used to purchase goods and services, or to make withdrawals at participating ATMs.
SizzleMoney will also be offered at the bank’s Bronx branch locations at Soundview, White Plains Road, Crosby Avenue, Sedgwick Avenue, Allerton Avenue, and Jerome Avenue.
