SUN, NOV. 22nd, 3:25 a.m. – Melrose Ave. and East 153 St. The medical staff at Lincoln Medical Center treated a 24 year old Hispanic male. The male victim had been stabbed four times and was reported to be in stable condition.
TUES, NOV. 24th, 1:35 a.m. – 521 East 149 St. Authorities are looking for a Hispanic male who threatened to shot up a neighborhood fast food establishment. The male culprit, believed to be about 30 years old, passed a note to an employee indicating that he would shot up the Burger King if he was not given the money. No weapon was shown, but the man fled before police were summoned with an unknown amount of cash.
SAT, NOV. 28th, 1:35 a.m. – 623 East 138 St. A dispute ended with two females being stabbed. One victim was stabbed multiple times and the second victim received only two wounds. Both were reported in stable condition as police investigators look into the incident.
42nd PCT.
TUES, NOV. 24th, 10:00 p.m. – 1510 Southern Blvd. Police investigators are looking into a stabbing that sent a black male to Lincoln Medical Center. The injured male was transported to the medical facility after being attacked and stabbed. Now detectives are looking for the culprit.
WED, NOV. 25th, 10:30 a.m. – 1260 Franklin Ave. Three nine year old students from Public School # 2 were arrested and reported to be in serious trouble. Apparently officials nabbed the three students before they were able to put into operation a plan that included to kill some of the teachers in addition to a school safety officer. The young students had already hidden knives and razors in the educational building. Police officials were able to derail the plot before anyone was injured.
SAT, NOV. 28th, 2:35 a.m. – Westchester Ave. and Home St. Two more guns were taken out of the hands of unlicensed people. Recovered by police were a 25-caliber semi-automatic pistol and a 32-caliber pistol. Both guns were vouched for future court use.
43rd PCT.
MON, NOV. 23rd, 2:15 p.m. – 825 Morrison Ave. Two police officers required medical attention after being attacked. The officers were in the process of arresting a suspect. The culprit kicked and punched the two officers causing the officers to fall down a flight of stairs. One of the officers was treated at a local hospital and later on released while the second police officer was admitted to Westchester Square Hospital.
MON, NOV. 23rd, 11:50 p.m. – Police are currently looking to question a 21 year old black male. The male is wanted for sexually attacking a young teenage girl. The 13 year old victim was taken to a Bronx hospital for specialized care.
WED, NOV. 25th, 10:20 a.m. – Westchester Ave. and Rosedale Ave. A 42 year old black male was arrested after he was found in possession of a 38-caliber revolver.
FRI, NOV. 27th, 3:25 a.m. – 845 White Plains Rd. A 20 year old Hispanic male was suffering from a bullet wound when he arrived at a local medical facility. The young man had been shot in the leg and was reported in stable condition.
44th PCT.
SUN, NOV. 22nd, 12:10 a.m. – 1365 Cromwell Ave. A 20 year old black male was arrested after he was found with a 38-caliber revolver. The weapon was taken away from the young male and vouched as evidence for a pending court case.
SUN, NOV. 22nd, 5:40 a.m. – Findlay Ave. A 37 year old black male required medical assistance after being stabbed. The male victim was transported to Lincoln Medical Center where he was treated for a stab wound to the upper chest area. The culprit was described as a black male.
MON, NOV. 23rd, 9:50 a.m. – East 163 St. and Teller Ave. Authorities arrested two persons, each being a victim of an assault. The pair, a man and a woman, both in their forties, apparently slashed each other on the hands. They were taken to area hospitals for medical treatment and then were arrested and processed on the assault charge.
THURS, NOV. 26th, 8:35 a.m. – 675 Walton Ave. Detectives are looking into a homicide. A body of an unidentified male was found inside a black colored vehicle with a bullet wound to the back of the victim’s head.
45th PCT.
TUES, NOV. 24th, 3:45 p.m. – 2049 Ash Loop. Emergency units responded to the Co-op City Library after a call was received indicating that the building should be evacuated. Police officers who responded to the shopping center where the library is located conducted a search after the facility was evacuated along with Co-op City own officers. Authorities indicated that they were unable to find any suspicious devices.
SAT, NOV. 28th, 9:40 p.m. – 2815 Dewey Ave. Police investigators from the 45th Pct. Squad are working with police officers from Housing’s PSA # 8 station as they look into a shooting. A male was transported to Jacobi Medical Center after being shot in the chest at the Throggs Neck Houses.
46th PCT.
TUES, NOV. 24th, 2:45 p.m. – Webster Ave. and East Fordham Rd. Additional police officers were redeployed into a busy commercial area after an armed robbery occurred. An unidentified black male at gun point was given three hundred dollars before fleeing.
THURS, NOV. 26th, 12:30 p.m. – Burnside Ave. Police are looking to question a motorist who gave a traffic agent a hard time. The city worker was attempting to issue a summons when the culprit damaged the city vehicle in addition to harassing the traffic officer. The culprit fled, but detective have information which could lead to an arrest shortly.
FRI, NOV. 27th, 8:00 a.m. – 1768 Monroe Ave. Emergency personnel responded to assist an infant who suffered from an apparent cardiac arrest. Responders learned that the infant had open heart surgery shortly after birth. But despite the effects of the first responders the infant, several months old, expired.
FRI, NOV. 27th, 7:45 p.m. – 1693 Jerome Ave. A 19 year old male was arrested when police officers found the teenager with an illegal gun. Recovered from the teen was a 9-mm semi-automatic pistol.
47th PCT.
MON, NOV. 23rd, 2:30 a.m. – White Plains Rd. and East 219 St. Police officers responded to the northern division of Montifiore Hospital on East 233 St. after a male walked into the hospital suffering from a bullet wound. The man was suffering from a wound to the groin area. Local detectives will conduct the follow-up inquiry.
MON, NOV. 23rd, 2:40 a.m. – 813 Chestnut St. Police are looking into a reported robbery where it was originally indicated that shots had been fired. Information was obtained and turned over to local detectives who will conduct the inquiry.
MON, NOV. 23rd. 3:15 p.m. – Paulding Ave. and East 228 St. A teenager suffering from a bullet wound was transported to Jacobi Medical Center. The 17 year old male had been shot in the back by an unknown person. Additional police officers were deployed into the area to help search for the culprit.
THURS, NOV. 26th, 11:35 p.m. – 4033 DeReimer Ave. A 20 year old male was transported to Jacobi Medical Center. The young man had been shot once in the back. Local sleuths are looking for the culprit.
FRI, NOV. 27th, 7:05 p.m. – White Plains Rd. and East 211 St. The staff at Jacobi Medical Center assisted a 33 year old male who had been shot. The victim was suffering from a bullet wound to the right leg when he arrived at the hospital. Local detectives will handle the follow up inquiry.
FRI, NOV. 27th, 8:45 p.m. – 4342 Baychester Ave. A suspect was arrested by officials looking into a fatal accident. A 40 year old black woman was struck and killed by a vehicle that operator fled the scene. Based on information obtained by the investigators, a suspect was arrested. Officers from Highway 1’s Accident Investigation Squad assisted at the accident scene.

MON, NOV. 23rd, 4:15 p.m. – 4575 Park Ave. An undercover police officer arrested a suspect who was in possession of an unlicensed handgun. Recovered and vouched by members of the Bronx Gang Squad was a 32-caliber revolver.
MON, NOV. 23rd, 10:45 p.m. – 2105 Monterey Ave. Local detectives are faced with a homicide inquiry. The investigators were alerted that a black male had been shot in the chest. The victim was transported to St. Barnabas Hospital where he expired at 11:20 p.m.
TUES, NOV. 24th, 12:05 a.m. – 730 Oakland Pl. Officials are looking into the death of a 52 year old male. Detectives are waiting for the results of the Medical Examiner’s autopsy after the body of the Hispanic man was removed from the building’s compactor.
FRI, NOV. 27th, 2:15 a.m. – 608 East Fordham Rd. Three suspects were arrested by police officers looking into a stabbing. The 22 year old male victim was transported to a neighborhood medical facility after being stabbed twice.
FRI, NOV. 27th, 6:45 p.m. – 611 Crotona Park North. Police were looking into a shooting that sent an 18 year old black male to Jacobi Medical Center. As the investigation continued, it was discovered that the bullet wound was self-inflicted. Now the victim has to answer up to authorities about the incident.
SAT, NOV. 28th, 12:10 a.m. – 617 East 179 St. A suspect was arrested as police officers look into a double shooting. A 17 year old black female was shot in the chest, while a male with a bullet wound to the hand walked into St. Barnabas Hospital seeking medical care. The inquiry resulted with one arrest being made.

SAT, NOV. 28th, 9:30 p.m. – 1746 Fillmore St. A teenage Latino male was arrested. The 18 year old male was charged with assaulting his sister.
50th PCT.
SUN, NOV. 22nd, 2:40 a.m. – 3009 Kingsbridge Terr. Authorities are looking into a shooting after a male was suffering from a bullet wound to the back. Local investigators will conduct the inquiry.
WED, NOV. 25th, 3:30 a.m. – 6655 Broadway. A search was conducted for two black males who were heavily armed when they robbed a neighborhood deli. The pair entered the store displaying a shotgun in addition to a 22-caliber rifle. The pair fled with the money from the cash register. Officials indicated that the 22-caliber rifle was discharged during the robbery, but no injuries were reported.
52nd PCT.
THURS, NOV. 26th, 4:15 a.m. – 2600 University Ave. A 21 year old male was rushed to St. Barnabas Hospital. Upon arrival at the medical facility it was determined that the young man had been stabbed four times. Detectives are looking into the assault.
THURS, NOV. 26th. 2:15 p.m. – Grand Concourse and East 196 St. A teenager was arrested when police found him with a gun. Since the 18 year old black male failed to produce a permit for the 22-caliber pistol, he was taken into custody.
THURS, NOV. 26th, 6:15 p.m. – 2545 Grand Concourse. Emergency units responded to assist three persons who had been shot. Investigators indicated that one woman in addition to two males were transported to area medical facilities. They were later on reported to be in stable condition as detectives continued to gather information about the incident.
FRI, NOV. 27th, 4:00 p.m. – Jerome Ave. and East 193 St. Two persons were transported to St. Barnabas Hospital after being shot. One of the victims, a woman, was shot once in the right hand, while a male victim was suffering from three bullet wounds to the leg. Based on information obtained during the initial inquiry, police found the get-away vehicle in Westchester County.
SAT, NOV. 28th, 2:00 a.m. – 23 West 184 St. Police are looking into a stabbing. The Hispanic male was suffering from a wound to the chest when first responders arrived at the scene near Davidson Ave. Detectives from the Webster Ave. police station will handle the inquiry.
Housing
MON, NOV. 23rd, 12:01 a.m. – 815 East 152 St. Police officers from Housing’s PSA # 7 arrested four suspects as they recovered a 22-caliber handgun. The officers responded to a report that shots had been fired in the area of the Jackson Housing Development. No injuries were reported.
MON, NOV. 23rd, 12:05 a.m. – Concord Ave. and East 149 St. A 25 caliber handgun was removed from a person who failed to have a license for the weapon. The culprit could be facing a year behind bars if found guilty during a trail.
MON, NOV. 23rd, 2:50 p.m. – 1330 Webster Ave. Additional police officers were deployed into the Morrisiana area after a 30 year old Latino male was robbed inside an elevator of a city Housing Authority building. Police officers assigned to Housing’s PSA # 7 responded to learn that three black males robbed the victim. The culprits fled with the man’s wallet and jewelry.
THURS, NOV. 26th, 1:40 p.m. – 1368 Webster Ave. Authorities are looking for the person who fired a bullet through a door. The incident occurred in a city Housing Authority building, but none of the residents were injured. Officers from PSA # 7 are working with detectives from the 42nd Pct. Squad on this incident.
