American Legion Post 253

About Us

The next meeting is the 3rd Sunday of the month, 11 a.m. at the American Turner’s Club, Michael’s Waterfront Dining, 748 Clarence Avenue. Coffee and rolls served. The bar is available afterwards. Parking lot at the corner of Philip Avenue. Electronic contacts: www.Legion.org, Yahoo.com/groups (Korony253), TS-CG@Hotmail.com.

Around The Post

Spring, if it ever gets here, will also bring nominations for Post 253 officer positions, which puts in in-sync with the Legion’s county and state elections. Everyone should consider giving a position a try and learn the real workings of our organization. It’s not really work and the activities are fun. Most of us attend anyway, so why not step up and enjoy the title too. Also, if anyone from the S.A.L. would like to try the commander position and attend functions with the post, please let me know. The paperwork is easy too.
