Throggs Neck’s Ice House Cafe is the winner of the 2014 award for best Bronx restaurant from the blog “Tasty Ladies of NY.” Owner Terry Dambinskas, pictured here with friend and manager Kelly DiGirolamo, serves weekly specials of seafood, pasta and other eats from her restaurant on Reynolds Avenue, which boasts waterfront views.
