Farewell, Columbus!

Alumni and students from Pelham Parkway’s Christopher Columbus High School flocked to Villa Barone Manor on Fri. June 27 for one final hurrah, as the school graduated its final class.

Once a thriving Bronx institution that graduated the likes of Ralph Lauren, as well as local political powers Councilman Jimmy Vacca and state Sen. Jeff Klein, the school had been placed on a city phase-out list.
