A pair of neighborhood leaders held an estate planning workshop at Tosca’s on E. Tremont Avenue on Sat. June 28.

Steve Kaufman, president of the Throggs Neck Merchants Association, and Ronald Schwartz led locals through strategies to be financially stable for generations to come.
