A group of street artists dedicated their latest work to a fallen brother. Brooklyn-based graffiti crew Soul Stoned Brothers and Hunts Point’s own TatsCru painted a mural tribute Saturday, September 6 to Christopher “Shadow” Lee, a prolific street artist who died this year. The artists turned the canvas into a train — and then “tagged” the train, in tribute to “Shadow,” who is the brother of filmmaker Spike Lee. The mural now hangs at The Point Community Development Corporation on Garrison Avenue.
