BOLD (Bronx Organization for Learning Differences) held their second annual Fall Harvest Festival at 2885 St. Theresa Avenue on Friday, October 31 This event was held in response to the concerns of parents who do not want their children to participate in customary Halloween festivities due to religious reasons or are reluctant to have their children engage in fantasy by wearing Halloween costumes, and was attended by Assemblyman Robert J. Rodriguez, Assemblyman Michael Benedetto and Lucy Recio, deputy director for Education and Youth Services of Borough President Ruben Diaz, Jr.
