Thousands turned out for the Wildlife Conservation Society’s 7th annual Run for the Wild at the Bronx Zoo on Saturday, April 25. The 5k run has two goals each year—to raise awareness of the threats facing a specific species, and to raise money to help the Wildlife Conservation Society in its mission at the Bronx Zoo and in the field to save wildlife around the globe. This year the run was dedicated to saving gorillas.

Grandma Linda Clarke joined mom Sarah Clarke and kids Anna and John Pyears for the Family Fun Run/Walk portion of event.
