Concilwoman Vanessa Gibson held a walking tour of the East 161st Street Business Improvement District with Cary Goodman, the BID’s director, on Wednesday, February 4.
The tour was intended to highlight a street clean up initiative funded through the City Council and implemented by the East 161st Street BID in the blocks around Yankee Stadium. The name of the program is the Clean Up New York City Initiative.
