The 15th Annual Orchard Beach Classic Car and Motorcycle Show had many hearts and engines racing this past Sunday, September 20. Hosted by the Eastcoast Classic Car Association, this annual event featured thousands of people, classic cars and motorcycles and live musical and comedic performances. In addition to celebrity appearances and fun activities, the show continued the time honored tradition of a police-escorted motorcycle run to and from the World Trade Center site. All the proceeds raised were donated to the New York City Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association Widows and Orphans Fund, St. Jude Children’s Hospital, St. Mary’s Children’s Hospital and Little People of America.
