United Veterans Parade Committee of Greater New York held their 33rd Annual Bronx Veterans Day Parade in Throggs Neck on Sunday, November 12. This year’s grand marshal was Christopher J. Devoy from Edgewater Park, a retired USMC master sergeant. Lining the parade route were students from 15 local schools. The march along East Tremont Avenue, Randall Avenue and the Throgs Neck Expressway service road culminated with a ceremony at Bicentennial Veterans Memorial Park.
