The 43rd Precinct Community Council Fellowship Breakfast honored outstanding community and law enforcement members on Friday, June 21 at at Holy Cross Church. The NYPD honorees included police officer Edagar Guerrero, Bory Echanique, Sean Higgins, Jennifer Nicalek, Alejandro Ochoa, Satinderpaz Singh, Joseph Anichiarico, Ronnette Cooper, Matthew Wellington, Kenneth Flynn, Thomas Natoli and Berisha Tomor; NYPD Explorer Giovanni Valdez; Auxiliary Officer of the Year Willie Villar; School Crossing Guard of the Year David Dela Cruz; Parkchester Public Safety sergeant Anthony Nesmith and Parkchester Public Safety police officer Tyran Richardson. The civilian honorees were Fr. David Powers, St. Helena Church pastor; Amanda Bonet, volunteer; Freddy Perez, Bronx County Fairs Expo; George Vila, Olivia’s Restaurant; Solomon S Baker-Paul; Al Camino, ShopRite manager; Community Board 9’s Shirley SanAndres-Alonzo and Loretta Gagraj and Alberto Rodriguez, Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club.
