Allerton residents satisfied their craving for summer fun and delicious ethnic food at a time honored neighborhood celebration. The Allerton Avenue International Merchants Association, Allerton Avenue Homeowners and Tenants Association, council members Ritchie Torres and Mark Gjonaj, Assemblywoman Nathalia Fernandez and senators Jeff Klein and Jamaal Bailey in conjunction with MAS Productions hosted the 11th annual Allerton Avenue International Food Festival on Saturday, August 25 at Allerton Avenue between Barnes and Wallace avenues.
