Early-birth abies who spent several weeks or months battling for their lives at the Weiler Neonatal Intensive Care Unit participated with their families and medical teams in the ‘Babies on the Run’ half mile run/walk around the Einstein Campus on Sunday, September 25. Held during Neonatal Intensive Care Awareness Month, the event presented parents the opportunity to reconnect with providers and each other while offering hope to parents whose children are currently being cared for in the NICU. A memorial celebration was also held in memory of infants who passed away.
