Senator Jamaal Bailey hosted his third annual Mother’s Day celebration in the Einstein Community Center on Saturday, May 4. The event featured free hair, nails, sip and paint, a Salsa lesson, massage services and chess lessons courtesy of the Young Kings and Queens Chess Club. Cristina Contreras, North Central Bronx Hospital executive director, served as the celebration’s keynote speaker.
