Borough President Ruben Diaz, Jr. honored Irish American leaders at his annual Irish Heritage and Culture celebration on Thursday, March 14 at Rambling House. This year’s honorees were NYPD Chief of Department Terence Monahan; Assemblywoman Catherine Nolan and Michael Fogarty, past president of the Ancient Order of Hibernians Division 9 Bronx County and longtime community leader.
