Borough President Ruben Diaz, Jr. saluted several local leaders who have contributed to the growth and promotion of Dominican and Dominican-American community and culture at his annual Dominican Heritage Month celebration on Thursday, February 28 at Beverly Hills Manor. This year’s honorees were Supreme Court Appellate Division Presiding Justice Rolando Acosta; NYS Senate secretary Alejandra N. Paulino, Esq. and Dr. Amarilis Jacobo.
