On Wednesday, October 29, the Bronx Chamber of Commerce hosted its first annual Building Awards at the Marina del Rey. Boricua College Village, Via Verde, Cary Leeds New York Junior Tennis League, The Mall at Bay Plaza, Banknote Building, Montefiore Hutchinson Campus Ambulatory Care Center, Heritage Fields, and South Bronx Charter School for International Cultures and the Arts were honored at this prestigious event which featured special guests Ambassador Ido Aharoni, Israel’s consul general of New York; Borough President Ruben Diaz, Jr; and many federal, state, city, and local officials.

The Montefiore Hutchinson Campus Ambulatory Care Center honorees included Array Architects, Simone Development, Neuman Design, and Grimshaw Architects.
