Hundreds of constituents rallied in support of Senator Jeff Klein and Independent Democratic Conference outside of his district office on Friday, May 19.
Community leaders from every corner of Klein’s 34th Senatorial district showed up to praise the senator’s continued success both within the district and in the state.
The supporters displayed handmade signs thanking Klein for his tireless efforts to improve their communities and New Yorkers’ lives across the state.
Klein’s supporters drove away a group of 30 people who demonstrated against the senator but were mostly from out-of-district.
