On Tuesday, January 12, New York Jets offensive guard Willie Colon presented the NFL Golden Football Award to Cardinal Hayes High School varsity football coach C.J. O’Neil. The presentation followed the recent induction of Cardinal Hayes High School into the Super Bowl High School Honor Roll as the NFL Super Bowl approaches its 50th anniversary. In 2009, Colon was part of the Pittsburgh Steelers team that won Super Bowl XLIII over the Arizona Cardinals.
