A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held for the newly founded Charter High School for Law and Social Justice on Monday, September 8 at 1940 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard to welcome ninth and tenth graders to their new school building. Founded in 2015, the school will provide south Bronx students with a comprehensive high school education and lay the academic and social groundwork for success in college and careers.
