Councilman Andy King announced a new social media campaign encouraging residents of the 12th Council District to tell him where to direct community beautification funds on Wednesday, May 20. Residents of the councilman’s district can submit specific sites needing attention via e-mail at District12BX@gmail.com; in the comments on Councilman King’s Facebook page; or by tweeting tweeting @AndyKingNYC with the hashtag #D12OCS. The information should include specifics about the location and the work needing to be done, as well as photos.
