Crooks carjack victim and steal $120K worth of jewelry

The NYPD is looking for two crooks who robbed a man of $120,000 worth of jewelry at gunpoint earlier this month.

According to the NYPD, on Oct. 12, at 11 p.m., a 27-year-old man was in his car when he was approached by two men who brandished a gun in front of 975 Walton Ave. One of the men shot the gun in his direction and the the other forced him out of the car.

They then drove the car a short distance and stole a bag with $120,000 dollars worth of jewelry. They fled the scene on foot last seen in the vicinity of Joyce Kilmer Park.
