Gibson’s Women HerStory Month Celebration

In honor of Women’s History Month, Councilwoman Vanessa Gibson commemorated four Bronx women who are making ‘herstory’ in our borough during her annual Celebration of Women’s HerStory Month on Thursday, March 23 at the Mullaly Recreation Center.

This year’s honorees included District Attorney Darcel Clark; Sharon Ife Charles, Center for Court Innovation project director; deputy inspector Martine Materasso, 44th Precinct commanding officer and Eileen Torres, BronxWorks executive director.
