Grace Outreach Honors Carter, Manzano

Grace Outreach, a non-profti serving south Bronx women of all ages seeking to enhance their academic skills, pursue higher education and secure employment, honored Bronxites Majora Carter and Sonia Manzano on Tuesday, May 15 at City Winery in New York.
