Jerome Park Friends and Neighbors joined a group of 17 volunteers in restoring Washington’s Walk at the south end of Jerome Park Reservoir to its former glory on Saturday, July 21. Washington’s Walk/Fort Four dates back to 1777 as the colonial landscape was being altered by the Revolutionary War and was the largest fortification in the neighborhood.
