Leake and Watts Services, Inc. recognized two Bronx residents and employees for their excellence in an awards ceremony held on Tuesday, May 17 at the Carol and Frank Biondi Education Center. Sophia Thompson, a Soundview resident and Brownell School assistant teacher, was presented with the Leake and Watts Employee Excellence Award. Salvador Ortiz, a Pelham Bay resident and Biondi Elementary School dean of students, was the proud recipient of the Managerial Excellence Award.
