Tenants at a 919 Prospect Avenue, recently named the worst in the borough by Public Advocate Letitia James on her office’s annual Worst Landlords Watchlist, announced that they were filing a lawsuit against their landlord. The action against landlord Seth Miller on Wednesday, December 14 was initiated by the tenants and their association with support from James, Congressman José Serrano, Councilman Rafael Salamanca, Banana Kelly Community Improvement Association and Community Development Project of the Urban Justice Center.
