Man Killed By 4 Cars Near Expressway

A 66-year-old man was killed after being struck near the intersection of the Cross Bronx Expressway and Rosedale Avenue by four cars on Monday, September 3 at 2:30 a.m. Police said the first car that struck the victim fled the scene and has not yet been identified. Three additional cars then hit the man as he laid in the roadway. All three drivers remained at the scene after hitting the victim. Two of the drivers were arrested for driving with a suspended license. The investigation remains ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-8477.
