Man throws bottle of bleach at a woman in the north Bronx: NYPD

Police are searching for a man that went into a fit of rage after being shortchanged by a machine in a Norwood laundromat within the 52nd Precinct.

The man’s tantrum, which resulted in a 36-year-old woman being hit with an airborne bottle of bleach he threw, allegedly happened inside the Huang Lee Laundromat at approximately 7:28 p.m Saturday, May 2, according to the NYPD.

The woman sustained minor injuries and refused medical attention at the scene, police sources said.

Police described the adult male as having black hair and a beard with a dark complexion who stands at approximately 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs about 220 pounds. He was last seen wearing glasses and fleeing northbound on Decatur Avenue.
