Miss NY Visits Montefiore Children’s Hospital

Miss New York Serena Bucaj paid a surprise visit to youngsters staying at the Children’s Hospital at Montefiore last Tuesday, March 15. A working model at Major Model NYC with Albanian roots, she shared her story of perseverance with the youth, instilling in them confidence and inspiration to achieve their goals.

The Balkan beauty made three attempts for the Miss NY title before being crowned this past January. Bucaj will go on to compete in this June’s Miss United States competition.
