The Bronx Native American Festival, a celebration of the unique Native American cultures of the Americas, was held on Sunday, September 30 at Pelham Bay Park’s South Picnic Area. Sponsored by NYC Parks, Friends of Pelham Bay Park and Bronx Council on the Arts, cultural celebration featured performances by Master of Ceremonies Bobby Gonzalez, Taino/NYC Indian of the Year; the Silvercloud Singers and Grupo Higuayagua.
