Councilman Rafael Salamanca joined families at the 2019 Back to School Fair at Hunts Point Riverside Park to present a check for $83,000 that will fund Programming & Youth Development services. Hunts Point Alliance for Children annually serves over 300 students and their families — as well as impacting over 2,000 students through community events and school partnerships.
