Bronxites craving a good scare were in for a treat at Westchester Square Business Improvement District and Councilman Mark Gjonaj’s ‘Scare at the Square’ on Wednesday, October 31 at Owen Dolen Park. This year’s spine-tingling spooktacular featured a special appearance by the legendary Headless Horseman, a massive haunted house attraction, hayrides around Owen Dolen Park, live music and candy galore.
