The Theodore Korony American Legion Post 253 continued their Veterans Day weekend festivities with a special ceremony at the Winged Victory Memorial on Saturday, November 11. The cermony is held every year at 11 a.m. in commemoration of Armistice Day, the day the Allies and Germany signed an Armistice signaling the end of World War I.

Korony American Legion Post 253 3rd vice commander Edward McGee played the trumpet as part of the color guard during the ceremony.
